Zoe is a sport psychology consultant who specializes in working with individuals, teams, coaches and parents to produce mental toughness, a winning mindset and championship focus. She is passionate and believes that athletes of all levels can use sport psychology to achieve personal and performance excellence. In her role she forms effective helping relationships, which has been identified as the most important factor in positive growth with athletes. This develops whole athletes and people who are prepared for success in sport and in life. All her programs are customized to meet your needs, sport-specific, in-depth & include proven techniques. Athletes are taught the mental tools needed to train the mind to control the body and coping strategies to deal with outside stressors.
Zoe worked with the Women’s Division I Volleyball Team at San Diego State University for the 2011season. Zoe is also currently working with the Women’s Lacrosse Team at San Diego State University in their first season as a Division I Team. Prior to this she provided sport psychology sessions to high school football and baseball teams and youth athletes from 2008 to 2010.
She has an M. A. in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Argosy University in Orange County. This is one of the best programs in the country with the rare combination of training in both counseling and sport psychology. Zoe has been involved in sport her whole life as an athlete, coach and sport psychology consultant allowing her to develop an understanding of the demands of sport and what it takes to be successful at every level.
